These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Zentric website, mobile app, online classes, memberships, digital products, workshops, teacher trainings, programs (including the Low Back Transformation program), emails, and all other services provided by Zentric ("Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to use our Services.
Health & Medical Disclaimer
Zentric provides yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, wellness education, and related resources for informational and educational purposes only.
Our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Zentric, Lauren Vogel, Lara Donnelly, employees, contractors, instructors, affiliates, successors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in or use of the Services.
Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
No Guarantee of Results
Every person's body, health history, and experience are unique.
While our goal is to help you build strength, resilience, mobility, confidence, and overall well-being, we cannot guarantee specific physical, emotional, or health outcomes.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.
Memberships, Programs & Purchases
Certain Services may require payment.
By purchasing a membership, course, workshop, teacher training, or digital product, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
Any refund or cancellation policies applicable to a specific Service will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and will govern that purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content available through Zentric—including videos, class recordings, meditations, written materials, graphics, logos, downloads, lesson plans, course materials, worksheets, photographs, branding, and website content—is owned by Zentric unless otherwise noted.
