Meet Zentric

We are two busy, working moms who deeply value feeling healthy, happy, and connected to our souls. Our lives are filled with the same chaos and demands as everyone else's, but we've found that integrating yoga into our daily routines helps us stay grounded and joyful. Now, we’re on a mission to share that gift with the world by creating an inclusive, engaging online community where yoga becomes accessible and achievable for everyone—no matter their lifestyle or experience.

We believe self-care is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. Prioritizing wellness doesn’t just transform our own happiness and peace of mind; it has a ripple effect, benefiting our families and everyone around us. That’s why we’re passionate about making it easier for people to weave yoga, mindfulness, and self-care into their lives in a way that feels approachable, empowering, and sustainable.

Zentric is more than just an online yoga studio—it’s a sacred space. A space where you can show up exactly as you are, no matter what season of life you’re in or what physical shape you’re in. It’s a judgment-free community designed to support you in embracing your unique journey and finding balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Our mission is to nurture every dimension of wellness—physical, mental, and spiritual—while fostering a sense of connection and belonging. We are building a community that thrives on LOVE, acceptance, and, of course, ZEN. Together, we’re creating a movement where everyone feels seen, supported, and inspired to live their fullest, most authentic life.

It's not a trend or a lifestyle or a thing you do on Tuesdays. Yoga is a mirror. It shows you the truth of who you are… if you're brave enough to look.

In 2019, I found a beautiful symbol to sum up the crazy path my life was taking. It’s called an “unilome,” and at 36 years old, I got my first tattoo.
